OpenStays Confidence Score explained
The OpenStays Confidence Score shows how much automated confidence OpenStays has in a live property profile's provenance, domain connection, integrity, safety-screening and freshness signals.
It is not a guarantee, inspection, insurance product, safety certification or verification of ownership.
V1 display
In V1, the available OpenStays Confidence Score is capped at 50/100 because guest feedback is not yet available. Agent Readiness is shown separately and does not increase the Confidence Score.
What contributes in V1
- ✓ Badge/domain connection: up to 30 points.
- ✓ High-impact provenance coverage: up to 8 points.
- ✓ Duplicate/address integrity: up to 5 points.
- ✓ Contact/payment safety: up to 4 points.
- ✓ Freshness/reconfirmation: up to 3 points.
What does not contribute
Agent Readiness does not contribute to the Confidence Score. A complete profile is more useful, but it should not appear more provenanced or safer merely because it contains more fields.
