Is OpenStays free?

Yes. Manual property listing is free forever.

Does OpenStays charge booking commission?

No. OpenStays takes 0% booking commission.

Do guests book through OpenStays?

No. OpenStays does not process bookings or payments. Guests contact or book through the owner or agency domain shown on the profile.

Does OpenStays verify properties?

OpenStays does not manually inspect properties, manually verify ownership or guarantee stays. OpenStays uses automated confidence signals and public score breakdowns.

Will my exact address be public?

Only if you choose exact address visibility. By default, OpenStays shows approximate area only.

Does OpenStays show live rates or availability?

No. V1 does not expose live rates or live availability. Future versions may expose permissioned owner/PMS-provided direct-booking URL, availability-summary and rate-summary signals, without processing payment or becoming merchant of record.
